The purpose of this website is to bring awareness and exposure to plus size women in pageantry which mainstream media outlets have given little or no recognition to. There are many benefits to participating in pageantry including confidence building, networking, making new friends, and helping your community through charity work. These benefits are valuable to all women in pageantry, but especially plus size women where venues that celebrate their beauty is almost nonexistent. These events give acknowledgment and appreciation to plus size women in a world that society tells them they aren’t worthy. Win or lose a true queen is not measured by the size of her body but the size of her heart.

Chenese Lewis made history by being the first woman to hold the titles Miss Louisiana Plus America, Miss Plus America, and Miss Plus America Ambassador. She is one of the most recognizable faces in the Miss Plus America organization for her outstanding achievements and was the first woman to hold the Miss Plus America Lifetime title.
